A low scoring and attritional game in wet and windy conditions saw Doncaster Knights lose for the first time in 8 games against their South Yorkshire rivals.

The Knights points came from the awarding of a penalty try, awarded dut to the Titans constants infringement of the defensive scrum. Hayter gave the Titans the win with the try supported by two first half penalties fromthe boot of West.
