5 mins: Great break of the line by Brooks sets up an attack for the Knights, but Coventry quickly regain possesion and run into score on the left flank after a great flowing move resulting in Planey going over. Crook adds the conversion. (0-7)

10 mins: Coventry penalised midway back inside their own half, going in at the side called by the referee. Warnock steps up to take the penalty, and slots it over. (3-7)

14 mins: Bryn Griffiths penalised as he goes for the ball thinking it was out of the ruck, but not so as the referee decideds. Crook misses the penalty. (3-7)

18 mins: Doncaster penalised at the scrum, Crooks steps up to take the penalty from ten metres inside the Knights half. His kick is good. (3-10)

22 mins: Great run by Adam Kettle, breaks right into Coventry's 22 and offloads to Stevie McColl to go over. Warnock misses the conversion. (8-10)

27 mins: Knights steal the ball after a great charge by the forwards in the scrum, the ball is spread wide to Bevon Armitage who finds Stevie McColl on the inside who just knocks on as he almost breaks the line. (8-10)

30 mins: Coventry awarded penalty as Kettle penalised for holding on. Coventry line out midway into Knights half, the ball is stolen by the Knights who earn a scrum for the efforts. (8-10)

36 mins: Coventry win their scrum midway inside the Knights half, then their fly half puts in a good grubber kick to force the Knights to defend a line out 5 metres from their line. Which they've done successfully and cleared to outside their 22. (8-10)

40 mins: Dougie Flockhart receives ball deep in his own half, but after an amazing 80 yard jinking run his pass is just a bit wayward. It doesnt matter as support is on hand and they force the Coventry man into touch. (8-10)

Second Half

42-45 mins: Great break from Matt D'arcy from a scrum on half way, earns the Knights a scrum inside Coventry's 22. The ball is won and is with the forwards the referee blows for a penalty and D'arcy takes it quickly, support is there and Bevon Armitage takes the ball but is held up illegally, deemed by the referee. Ali Warnock slots over the penalty from right in front. (11-10)

48 mins: A great kick by Stevie McColl forces Coventry to defend a line out inside their 22, the Knights steal the ball at the line out as Simon Grainger collects it. As the play moves inside Coventry are penalised at the breakdown by the referee. Warnock steps up to take the penalty, and puts his kick between the uprights. (14-10)

52 mins: Ali Warnock penalised for not rolling away, Coventry decide to kick for the posts, their full back Ben Russell steps up to take the kick and drags it wide. (14-10)

59 mins: After two minutes deep inside the Knights 22, David Maddocks breaks from the ruck to score. Ben Russell adds the conversion. (14-17)

62 mins: Coventry attacking a line out 5 metres from the Knights line, the ball is claimed but the referees isn't happy as the throw wasnt straight. Knights scrum 5 metres from their own line. (14-17)

65 mins: Knights penalised again at the breakdown, a decision this time that was questionable as it looked asif the Knights pack had forced the Coventry forward to hold on. Russell kicks for the corner & Coventry win their line out. But as the ball moves infield it is turned over and Ali Warnock clears down field. (14-17)

69 mins: Coventry again on the attack in the Knights 22, this time they have a scrum 5 metres from the try line. The ball is put in and comes out with the flanked breaking for the line only to be held up by two Knights defenders. (14-17)

73 mins: Simon Grainger steals the ball and gets it into touch, but the referee brings play back for a Knights scrum just inside their 22. (14-17)

75 mins: Bryn Griffiths is relieved of the last five minutes of the game by the referee, as he is punished for obstruction. Coventry kick for the corner. They claim their line out but lose the ball after, giving the Knights another scrum to defend in their own 22. (14-17)

80 mins: Going into the final minute its much the same as the last twenty with the Knights defending in their 22, this time they have the ball and are trying to make their way down field. Ali Warnock puts the kick in and finds touch on halfway. (14-17)

80+ mins: The Knights have forced coventry back to halfway, but it isn't deterring the visitors as the attack down the left flank making good ground towards the Knights 22. The ball is now back infield, and has been turned over by the Knights, who are awarded a penalty by the referee. Ali Warnock steps up for the penalty in the dying moments and his kick is wide and short. Coventry receive the ball and kick it into touch to end the game. (14-17)
