1 mins: Ali Warnock gets the game underway with the Knight playing left to right and the Exeter pack have just marched 25-30 metres down field after securing the ball from the kick off. (0-0)

2 mins: Knights penalised just outside their 22, Gray has decided to go for the points early on & his kick is good. (3-0)

5 mins: Tom Johnson charges down Ali Warnock's grubber kick and looks to run in and score but play is stopped as the flanker was offside. Stevie McColl has stepped up to take the resutling penalty kick and has put his effort just wide of the posts. (3-0)

9 mins: Richie Baxter scores for Exeter after Bryan Rennie had  cut his way through the Doncaster defense. Gray steps up and converts. (10-0)

11-15 mins: Toma Toke bursts throught the first tackle and earns a penalty for the Knights as Exeter don't roll away. Warnock finds touch in their 22, Glen Townson wins the line out and the forwards drive towards the line and have earnt a second penalty. Again Warnock puts the ball into touch for 5 metre line out, Bryn Griffiths secures the ball and Exeter are penalised for a third time. This time Ali Warnock has decided to go for the points & puts the kick over. (10-3)

18 mins: Haydn Thomas breaks the Doncaster defense at the back of a Chiefs line and cuts through with ease to find his captain Tom Hayes who runs in to score. Gray again converst. (17-3)

20-24 mins: Exeter have started at a fast pace today and have caught the Knights offside & now have a line out inside their 22. Baxter wins the ball and the forwards are recycling it well until the ball is raked out illegally by the Knights who are penalised. Gray puts the ball into touch for a line out, which is won and has allowed the forwards to barge their way over the Knights line with hooker Clark touching down. Gray pushes his conversion attempt wide. (22-3)

28 mins: Knights penalised for holding on shortly after Andy Wright had managed to intercept the ball. Again now, Exeter have a line out in the Knights 22. Baxter claims the ball and the forwards lose it. Knights have a scrum. (22-3)

33 mins: Exeter on another raid into the Knights half, they've made it to the 22 after a good jinking run from Matt Jess but possesion has been turned over and Stevie McColl clears down field. (22-3)

37 mins: After winning a line out deep in the Chiefs 22 the Knights forwards recycled the ball well and Neil Cochrane managed to drive his way over the line to score. Ali Warnock's conversion attempt hits the post and bounces back into the field of play. (22-8)

Second Half

42 mins: Exeter start the second half in similar style  the first as Phil Dollman finishes off a nice flowing move to secure the bonus point for his side. Gray misses the conversion. (27-8)

44 mins: Replacement Steve Jones scores in the corner for Exeter after beating a couple of Knights defenders. Gray again misses from the touchline. (32-8)

48 mins: Knights have a line out midway back into the Chiefs half, the line out is won and play is switched to the right. Antony Carter puts the kick over the Exeter line but the ball runs dead and Exeter have to defend a line out inside their 22. (32-8)

52 mins: Adam Kettle shown the red card by the referee for something in aftermath of what looked like a prefectly fair tackle from Bevon Armitage. (32-8)

56 mins: Knights have a scrum to defend right infront of their own posts, which they do but as Nicky Griffiths goes for the return ball from the back of the scrum he knocks on, giving the Chiefs a scrum of their own. (32-8)

58 mins: Exeter awarded a penalty try as the Knights look to be penalised for having their hands in where they shouldnt. Gray puts the conversion over. (39-8)

60 mins: Nicky Griffiths catches a couple of Chiefs defenders cold and steals in to score on the right. Warnock converts. (39-15)

67 mins: Exeter on the front foot, with a scrum inside the Knights 22, but the referee has awarded the Knights a penalty. (39-15)

70-72 mins: Knights penalised just as Exeter had made it into their half, after making headway downfield Exeter are awarded another penalty right in front of the posts. Gray has put the ball into touch for a line out. The line out is won and the Chiefs forwards have driven their way over the line to score, with Simon Alcott touching down. Gray can't convert. (44-15)

78 mins: Exeter on the attack once more, now they've reached the Knights 22 and the forwards are taking it up the middle but the ball has come out to the wing and Steve Jones has scored his second try of the afternoon. Gray adds the conversion to take the Chiefs to the half century mark & cap off his man of the match award chosen by the fans here today. (51-15)
