Doncaster Rugby club would like offer our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Tony Holgate who passed away suddenly on Sunday the 18th of April.

Although having been ill for a while, Tony still kept up his presence watching his Rugby here this year and was a big voice as the Knights defeated Nottingham at home recently.

His regular spot on the Terrace just to the right of the Marquee will still hold a special memory for a lot of our fans.

The funeral will be held on Friday 30th April  at 12:00 , Rose Hill Crematorium, Rose Hill, Cantley Lane, Cantley, Doncaster, DN4 6NE.

From 1pm there will be a celebration of his life at Doncaster Rugby Club.
