Thursday Nights in the Lansdowne Suite are still  Supper nights at Castle Park

With a menu containing Scampi and chips, wood fired pizza and mixed salads for under a fiver plus Chefs specials food is served from 5pm to be convenient for those training on a Thursday.

From 7pm the DVD of the narrow loss to London Welsh at the weekend will be re-shown on the big screen. An opportunity to relive the agonising finish to the game that saw the Knights lose due to the narrowest possible margin.
