Will Hurrell

19 year old Winger Will Hurrell joins Doncaster Knights on a long term loan from Leicester Tigers for the rest of the season.

Will, who began his rugby with Melton Mowbray RFC around the age of 8, is now a full time member of the Leicester Tigers squad. Hurrel has started  in two EDF games against Newport Gwent Dragons and Leeds Carnegie, and also made a home debut at Welford road against Northampton Saints.

He recognises one of his biggest influences as his teacher at Loughborough School, Mr Calland, who encouraged him to play at County level and aided his journey into the England U16 squad a year earlier than his contempories.

Having played for England at U16, U18 and U20 Level Will is looking to further his career by proving his worth in the Championship and hopefully impressing the Welford Road outfit enough to permit him more starts as skills develop.
