PJ Gidlow

Powerful Kiwi centre PJ Gidlow has joined Doncaster Knights for the coming season after making the short trip across South Yorkshire from neighbours Rotherham Titans.

PJ, who holds an English passport, first played in England for Redruth where he established a cult following as well as being made captain of the club. He moved to Birmingham & Solihull at the beginning of last season before switching to Rotherham following the Midland’s clubs well documented financial woes.

Doncaster Knights Director of Rugby said he was very impressed with PJ’s performance against the Knights at Castle Park last season and he said he looked forward to him making a big impression, both metaphorically and literally, for the Club this coming year
