Dan Frazier, a 22 year old prop, has joined Doncaster Knights from Harlequins for the coming season. Dan, who stands 6' 3" tall and weighs in at over 18 stone, has been a member of the Quins Academy for the past three seasons and has been playing regularly in the "A" XV league. In this season's "A" League Final he came out very well against a Leicester front row that included English squad member Jason White. He was on the bench for the full Quins side in the last Premiership game of the season against Sale.
Doncaster's Director of Rugby Lynn Howells spoke to ex-English international Tony Diprose, who is a member of the Quins coaching staff, about him and he said that Dan is a very promising player who now needs to develop his game by spending a couple of seasons "at the coal face" by playing for a Championship club.
Howells said that he was delighted to welcome Dan to the Knights and he looked forward to seeing him develop as he worked with Massimo Cuttitta, the Club's Scottish national side scrummaging coach.
