43 mins: Knights awarded their 3rd penalty in a row after the Welsh are penalised in the scrum again on their own line. Surely if this happens again a penalty try must be on cards, this time the ball goes in and comes out but is lost shortly after as the Welsh hooker picks the ball up at the back of a ruck after the ball was adjudged to be out. 45 mins: This time London Welsh have put in at the scrum and are penalised by the referee. Ali Warnock has stepped up to take this penalty & his kick goes straight between the uprights. (12-3)
49 mins: Knights penalised inside their own 22, Thomas puts the ball into touch for a line out, which they've won and after a drive the referee blows play for a scrum. The Knights force the error in the scrum and clear down field. (12-3)
