4 mins: Nottingham win their line out & Andrew Savage catches Greig Tonks high kick and fidns centre John Johnston who runs in to score. David Jackson adds the conversion. (0-7)

6 mins: Andy Wright breaks and finds Bevon Armitage on his inside who runs in to score under the posts. James Brooks adds the conversion. (7-7)

9 mins: Nottingham penalised inside their 22, Brooks has stepped up to take the kick and he puts the Knights into the lead. (10-7)

13 mins: Jackson levels things up for the visitors after the Knights were caught not rolling away on their 22 line. (10-10)

18-20 mins: Knights win their line out in Nottingham's 22 & the forwards are attacking the line, Chris Hallam digs the ball out and the forwards go again, Hallams gets the ball out quick and goes down the blindside to release Oli Goss who scores in the corner. Brooks can't add the conversion from out wide. (15-10)

25 mins: Knights have a scrum ten metres into their half after a Nottingham knock on, Hallam puts the ball in and Nottingham have turned the scrum and now have a put in of their own. (15-10)

29 mins: Knights penalised for going in at the side, Jackson finds touch midway back inside the Knights half but the throw is too long and Simon Grainger gathers the ball. (15-10)

32-39 mins: Knights penalised at the scrum, this time inside their 22. Tonks puts the ball into touch for a line out which is won and the forwards drive, earning a penalty. They go for the line out again and earn another penalty after winning the ball. For the third time they win the line out and earn a penalty, Tonks goes for a deft chip and chase but the ball is defused by Oli Goss. In the aftermath, Ngalu Tau is sin binned for his part in bringing the maul down. Nottingham go for their fourth line out, which they've won again, this time the ball is spread wide and as the ball comes back they have lost possesion as a pass goes forward. (15-10)

40+ mins: Another great Knights attack comes to an end as a pass out wide is adjudged to have gone forward. Nottingham have a scrum in the dying minutes of the half. (15-10)

49th min: Knights awarded a penalty in what must have been the last move of the game after a lenghthy break for a head injury to one of Nottingham's players. James Brooks has stepped up to take the kick and puts it over. (18-10)

Second Half: 

42 mins: Nottingham penalised for not rolling away, Knights take a quick tap and have reached midway into their half. Interception made by Nick Rouse frees Jack Cobden who is denied a try by a great last gasp tackle by Chris Briers who saved a certain try. (18-10)

44 mins: Nottingham have a line out deep inside the Knights 22, which is won. Their forwards are now driving towards the line and as Luke Sheriff breaks for the line Andy Wright manages to steal the ball from the flanker. (18-10)

51 mins: Knights penalised and I must a little harshly, as a result Nottingham have a line out in the Knights 22 but the throw is wayward and the Knights gather and clear deep down field. (18-10)

54 mins: Nick Rouse scores for Nottingham after a quick counter attack from the visitors. Jackson's conversion hits the post and bounces back into play. (18-15)

60 mins: Nottingham penalised as the Knights were strolling forwards in the shape of a maul. Brooks finds touch midway back into their half, but Steve Boden's throw isn't straigth & now Nottingham have a scrum. (18-15)

65 mins: Knights on another venture into Nottingham's half, but this move is ended as Antony Carter loses the ball after taking the ball into contact. Nottingham set the scrum ten metres back inside their half. (18-15)

69 mins: Nottingham have the ball on a rare trip into the Knights half, but possesion is soon surrendered as they are caught holding on and the Knights counter attack quickly through Chris Hallam. (18-15)

71 mins: Knights make it into Nottingham's 22 but unfortunately the ball is lost forward and Nottingham have another scrum deep in their own half. (18-15)

76 mins: Matt D'arcy has put in at the scrum ten metres back inside his own half, the ball goes in and comes out allowing James Brooks to kick clear down field. (18-15)

79 mins: Great kick from Antony Carter pins Nottingham back right on their line with a line out to defend, which they've lost. Now the Knights forwards are driving towards the line, Andy Boyde breaks for the line and is held up. Play is brought back for a Knights 5 metre scrum, which they win but as the Matt D'arcy breaks right he loses the ball forwards. (18-15)

80+ mins: Knights have forced Nottingham into be caught holding on right on their own line. The Knights have decided to set the scrum in the dying minutes, which they've won and pushed their way over with Simon Grainger touching down. Brooks adds the conversion. (25-15)
