Another reason to get down to this Saturday’s game against Plymouth for Season ticket holders is the opportunity to collect their 3 tickets for the RFU Championship Playoffs.
Despite not knowing the dates of the home playoff games, the decision has been made to print tickets for Season Ticket holders identifying the games as Game A, Game B and Game C.

These tickets will be available in the shop at the Plymouth game for ST holders to collect, any uncollected tickets will be distributed via post.

This plan has been put into place to alleviate the problems of the short period of preparation time between games, as the wrong result on Saturday could see Doncaster at home in the playoffs just 7 days later.

A win will see the Knights in Pool B, avoiding League leaders Bristol but in the firing line of Exeter Chiefs the team they have yet to beat under Lynn Howells. Pool B would feature Exeter Chiefs, London Welsh, Nottingham and Doncaster and give Doncaster 2 weeks before their first home clash in the promotion chase. It would give them their first home playoff game as Saturday the 27th March at 3pm against Nottingham Rugby.

A loss on Saturday puts the Knights in the same group as Bristol, a team they defeated at home but were mauled by away. The group A pool if Doncaster are defeated by Plymouth Albion would feature Bristol, Bedford Blues, Cornish Pirates and Doncaster Themselves. Their first home game in this pool would be a mere 7 days later on Saturday March 20th facing Bedford Blues.

Season ticket holders can collect their tickets for the home playoff games from 12.30pm in the club shop, and the dates and times of the games they relate to will be displayed on the Knights website and all other available channels of information as soon as is possible.
