3 mins: After a 20 metre drive from a scrum London Welsh are awarded a penalty midway into the Knights half. Aled Thomas has stepped forward to take the kick & misses. (0-0)

7 mins: James Brooks' grubber kick is intecepted and the Welsh break upfield and have a penalty inside the Knights 22. The line out is won and the ball is worked down the blindside for Chris Whitehead to score. Thomas misses the conversion. (0-5)

11-14 mins: Doncaster have a scrum just inside the visitors half after a not straight line out & the visitors have been penalised. Brooks finds touch in their 22, the line out is won and the Welsh exiles are penalised agan. Brooks again puts the ball into touch and this time the line out is lost. (0-5)

18 mins: Knights earn a penalty after catching an exile holding on. Brooks again finds touch on the 22, Kenworthy wins the line out an the forwards have it but as they break away the ball is lost. (0-5)

23 mins: Mass brawl erupts on the side of the pitch infront of the two benches. It looked like it was all started with the Welsh number 5 going in very late on Simon Grainger & as a result th Welsh hooker Whitehead and Grainger have been shown yellow cards. (0-5)

28 mins: Aled Thomas extends the visitors lead with a penalty. (0-8)

30 mins: After a very contentious decision over counter rucking the Welsh take a quick tap and catch the Knights defense out with Errie Claassens scoring. Thomas can't convert. (0-13)

36 mins: London Welsh have a scrum right on halfway the ball is put in but after the drive it is lost and the Knights run in wide, but the Welsh defense is ready for them. Now the ball comes back and Hudson nearly breaks free through the middle , support is there and the ball is throw wide, but the ref stops play and the Knights have a scrum. (0-13)

40+ mins: Knights have a penalty in their own half in the dying minutes of the half, touch is found but the throw is wayward and collected by a Welsh back rower. (0-13)

40+ mins: Paul Sampson scores on the right wing finishing off a nice move. Thomas converts with a bit of help from the post. (0-20)

Second Half

44-47 mins: Knights have a scrum five metres from the Welsh line right under the posts, the ball goes in and the Knight are awarded a penaty, so the scrum is reset, but this time after the charge the ball is spilt and the Welsh claim it (0-20)

52 mins: Thomas puts over a penalty from infront of the posts (0-23)

58 mins: Neil Cochrane scores for the Knights after a quick break from the scrum. Brooks adds the conversion. (7-23)

62-65 mins: Super kick forces the Welsh to defend a line out right on their line, Doncaster have forced the error and have a scrum five metres out. As the ball goes in the Knights are awarded a penalty, this time the ball goes in followed by the drive and the referee awards a penalty try. McColl converts. (14-23)

71 mins: London Welsh have a scrum five metres from the Knights line, the ball goes in but the ref isnt happy so its reset. The second time it goes in the Knights are penalised & Thomas has decided to take the points, the full back steps up and puts the kick over. (14-26

75 mins: Paul Sampson scores his second try after the move after being put in after a superb cutting run from Errie Claassens. Thomas can't convert. (14-31)

79 mins: After a failed interception the Knights have a scrum ten metres into the Welsh half, the ball is won and the Knights make good ground into their 22 but sadly for them the ball has been turned over and put into touch. (14-31)
