Knights' Captain Steven Lawrie has been announced as part of the Scotland A Squad to take on the USA Eagles this Friday at Netherdale.
The Hooker flies the flag for the RFU Championship as the only representative in this squad that plys his trade in Englands fast improving second tier.
The club would like to congratulate Steven on his attitude and performances over his time at Doncaster that has seen him break back into the Scottish International setup.
Lawrie cites the quality of coaching and an opportunity to play a good standard of Rugby regularly as his reasons for leaving Scotland to play in South Yorkshire and is delighted the move has resulted in this reward.
