Tom Davies selected for the Barbarians
Local lad Tom Davies, a product of Doncaster’s junior rugby section and now a professional in the Doncaster Knights, is due to play for the Barbarians tonight in their annual Remembrance Day Memorial match against Combined Services at Newbury.
The 20 year old prop forward has played for Wales Under 18s and Yorkshire Under 20s but this is his first senior representative honour.
Tom is the first ever home grown Barbarian, a huge honour for the Doncaster club, and he will have further Doncaster company from veteran Dave Scully who is also in the team.
