Doncaster Knights are delighted to announce a brand new partnership with sports nutrition and compression garment specialists Body Science.
Body Science will now become the official supplier of nutritional supplements to the Doncaster Knights. Established in Australia in 2001, Body Science, or BSc as they are better known in the UK, are well known to rugby league fans as they have associations with many top rugby league clubs, including the Wigan Warriors, Leeds Rhino’s, Harlequins, Huddersfield and Hull KR. Rugby Union is a new avenue for Body Science and Doncaster is a perfect place to start.
Doncaster Knights Chief Executive, James Criddle, said of the new partnership, “This is something we have been looking to set up for a while, but we have been waiting for the right partnership with the right people, in Body Science we have now found that. Martin Benetar and his team are interested in total athlete development and they are able to give us the full technical advice and support that we were looking for. I am sure that this is a partnership that will last for many years.”
Martin Benetar of Body Science said, “We are very proud to be associated with Doncaster Knights, they are clearly one of the most forward thinking clubs in rugby union today. Hopefully our relationship will be long and beneficial for both parties. We will look to extend the benefits we offer through this partnership not only to the Knights but also to the Knights’ supporters and the amateur clubs in the area through the Knights themselves, by way of our “Wellbeing” and “Supporters’ Club” schemes, which are available by contacting Body Science direct.
