Sport relief Sheffield is the flagship event of South Yorkshire being televised by the BBC. With Doncaster Knights being the highest ranking team in South Yorkshire we have been requested to fulfill a role as Sportsman guests at the Sheffield mile also.
Our players will be in their Knights Shirts on the front row of the race , along with DK Arrowz Cheerleaders , fronting the first mile and supporting a fantastic charity.
"It's an honour to be chosen to do the televised event, and a mark of how far we have come as a club that we are though of as important enough" A club spokesperson said.
The Sheffield Mile is also being held Sunday 16th of March, with sign up details availalble at the end of the article.
