A home win for the Blues over London Welsh running in three tries and keeping a clean sheet as they consolidate sixth place in the table.
James Pritchard put the home side ahead with a 4th minute penalty goal and three minutes later second row Mouritz Botha was over for the games first try and they were 8-0 ahead, but that proved to be the final score of the half.
In the second half Bedford took seven minutes to increase their lead as No 8 James Lumby went over and Pritchard converted to make it 15-0.
They wrapped up the win deep in injury time when Pritchard went over for a try and added the conversion.
Coventry 26 Esher 17

Coventry are up into seventh place after this home win over Esher and Plymouth Albion losing at Rotherham Titans.
Hooker Chris Whitehead went over for the games first try as the home side went 5-0 ahead. On the half hour mark the visitors were ahead after centre Toby Clouston went over and Neil Hallett converted.
The lead lasted five minutes before Whitehead completed a double to go 10-7 ahead.
Winger Ronnie McLean did manage a successful kick early in the second half with a penalty goal, Hallett replied for Esher before Mclean slotted a second on 52 minutes to make it 16-10.
Two minutes later Esher were in front as fly half Dave Slemen went over the Cov line and Hallett converted for 17-16.
On 67 minutes Coventry were back in front when No 8 Laurence McGlone went over and McLean converted before wrapping up the win with a 71st minute penalty goal.

Comprehensive win for the Chiefs at home to the All Blacks running in nine tries and keeping their try line intact.
It took 10 minutes for the first try before winger Josh Drauniniu went over and Danny Gray converted
Gray increased the home sides lead with a 21st minute penalty goal and they went in 15-0 ahead after centre Wade Kelly got their second try.
Four tries in the third quarter saw the Chiefs pull away into a winning lead with Drauniniu completing a double and No 8 Richard Baxter bagging a brace and their other winger Jason Luff getting the tries to move them into a 41-0 lead.
They ran in three more tries in the final quarter with Luff completing a double.
Rotherham 34 Plymouth Albion 22

Nottingham continue their great season with this comfortable away win at Newbury running in six tries to pick up another try bonus point.
They were ahead on 18 minutes when centre Matt Smith went over for a try and David Jackson converted.
Jackson added a penalty goal before back rower Tim Stannard touched down to increase their lead.
They the try bonus point in the bag before half time with tries from Smith, completing a double, and winger Alex Dodge and Jackson converted them both for a 29-0 lead.
It took them 20 minutes to increase their lead in the second half when prop Nigel Hall touched down
Newbury refused to give up and they scored three tries in the final 13 minutes to get some respectability back on the scoreboard.
Pertemps Bees 17 Northampton Saints 27

Leaders Northampton Saints took all five points in an unconvincing win over bottom of the table Pertemps bees at Sharmans Cross.
It was the Bees who took the lead when second row Alex Davidson went over for a try and Jon Higgins converted for a 7-0 lead.
It took the Saints 20 minutes to respond with scrum half Ian Vass going over for an unconverted try.
Three minutes later and the Bees were 14-5 ahead after flanker Andy Daish went over the Saints try line and Higgins again converted and they took this lead into the half time break.
In the opening minute of the second half the Saints responded with a try form right wing Bruce Reihana and this time Barry Everitt converted to make it 14-12.
On 47 minutes the Saints were ahead after Everitt put over a penalty goal for 15-14.
The Bees were back in front after Higgins put over a penalty goal to make it 17-15.
It was not till the 77th minute that the visitors were back in front as left wing No * Mark Easter touched down before left wing Paul Diggin sealed the win on 80 minutes and also secured the try bonus point.
Doncaster 55 Moseley 5

Doncaster were comfortable home winners over Moseley out scoring them nine tries to one.
They were ahead on seven minutes when centre Tom Luke went over and Mark Woodrow converted. Three minutes later it was 14-0 as Woodrow went over for a try and added the extras.
They had to wait till the 33rd minute for the next try when No 8 Chris Planchant touched down and Woodrow again converted. They had the try bonus point on 38 minutes when flanker Bryn Griffiths went over and they went in 26-0.
Three tries in the first 21 minutes of the second half to go 41-0 ahead with winger Donovan Van Vuuren going over for a double and a try for the other wing Paul Bailey.
Moseley captain and flanker Neil Mason got the visitors on the board before Doncaster ran in a couple more tries to wrap the win up.
