Doncaster Knights take on Bedford Blues at home, 2.30 pm Kick off at Castle Park, looking to make amends for last Sundays defeat. “We have to put that behind us, as the last two home games of the season are against tough opposition” Justin Bishop commented.
Bedford sit on place below the Knights in the table, and could close the gap with a win that the South Yorkshire side just can not allow. Training has been about communication and teamwork all week as the Knights look to put a hard working team ethic into the Saturday game.
In the reverse fixture at Bedford Doncaster took the points, in a close fought game that highlighted the “no quarter given” attitude of both teams. A failed penalty conversion from Bedford the difference in points in a game not for the faint hearted.
