Knights storm the Minster.
Saturday the 14th June sees the new look Doncaster Knights squad taking part in the Medieaval Festival set to mark the 150th Anniversary of the rebuilding of Doncaster Minster.
New players like Michael Cusack, Ali Warnock and Oli Goss will be present alongside fan favourites like Anthony Carter and big Glen Kenworthy. Donny the White Knight, the mascot who won the Mascot Gold Cup on SKY TV at Wetherby this year will also be making an appearance.
The festival is free and will be great fun for all the family, with Falconry and archery displays as well as medieaval re-enactments and a Hog Roast. After last years successful festival the Minster are hoping for bigger and better for this weekends event.
The Knights players will be arriving from 1.30pm, as their pre season began a week ago so they will be taking part in strength building sessions all morning.
