The second round of the King of the Castle Poker Tournament takes place Friday night at Castle Park. With a 7pm start current King of the Castle, Media manager Martin Haythorne, is looking forward to the opportunity to defend his Trophy.
“I haven’t polished the Trophy yet” He explained “I’ll give it a polish Monday morning when it’s back in my office…..”
The stakes are limited to £5 buy ins only, to keep the game competitive but put the emphasis on a good night in excellent company, rather than the cash involved.
With Cash prizes for first and second place it is well worth spending an evening in good company for the winners, but the great atmosphere makes it suitable for all levels of Poker players to hone their skills (whether it be at the table or the Bar).
