Seating Ticket Exchange.
The latest news is that process for the replacement season tickets for the new West Stand will begin on Monday 20th October.
Seated season ticket holders can return their unused ticket to reception at this Saturday’s game against Cornish Pirates and these seats will be processed in the first batch.
For collection of new seated season tickets, we have provided the following options.
1. Fans can collect them from Monday the 10th of November during office hours at Castle Park reception
2. On Saturday the 8th and 15th between 12 and 4pm reception will be staffed for convenience, also Sunday the 9th and 16th of November reception will be staffed for the collection new Season tickets
3. If none of these options are convenient seated season ticket holders can post back their unused tickets, and request postage of the replacements to their home address.
Finally, any uncollected new tickets will be postd out on Monday 17th of November.
PLEASE NOTE : NO NEW STAND TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT A RETURN OF EXISTING UNUSED SEATED SEASON TICKETS.
