The Doncaster Under 21 Academy XV had a 50-7 win on Thursday night under the Castle Park lights in an 8 try performance. Try scorers were Dan Storey (2), Kyle Billam, Rory Van Deventer, James Rothwell, Steve Meyer, Ollie Smith and Bev Wilkinson. Storey hit one conversion and Guy Townsley four others. The half time score was 17-0. The students gave a good showing but the difference was the strength of the home pack. It was a promising start for the Under 21s who hope to find more midweek fixtures through the season.
