We are hosting Livorno Rugby Club on Sunday at Under 17 and Under 19. Match details and information for games on 11 December are as follows:
Kick off 11.30 to be played on the back pitches.

Livorno RFC are the second oldest rugby club in Italy, being founded in 1931.
Situated on the West coast of Italy in Tuscany they play in Series A. and have always been considered a good club who compete with the sometimes stronger clubs in the North of Italy.
The club was injected with some cash which encouraged a number of professionals to join the already experienced team which included 2 foreigners.

There have been many famous players at Livorno including the captain of the National side since 2002 Andrea de Rossi (35 national caps)and Fabio Gaetaniello (30 caps) who took on John Kirwan in the world cup in New Zealand. Fabrizio Gaetaniello, the general manager of FIR, the Italian Rugby Federation, also plays for Livorno RFC.The club have a good mini and junior section with all age groups from U 9s to under 19s as well as the senior sides.
