All three individual candidates successfully passed their BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence holders under the new Licencing Regulations. Well done to Neil Holmes, Gary Laidlaw and Sarah Hudson (pictured).
Also, CastlePark has become only the second business in the Doncaster area to have received a Gold Award from the local Authority, recognising the highest standards in food safety management. Congratulations deservedly go to Janet Hayes and her team on this significant achievement.
The CastlePark functions centre continues to grow apace and is now well established as Doncaster’s prime venue.
