MATCH DEFINITELY ON.......CastlePark will see the return home of a favourite son on Tuesday 27th when former long serving captain Richard Senior returns at flanker for Manchester based SedgleyPark. Senior crossed the Pennines a few seasons ago when he moved with his job and will get a warm welcome from the Doncaster fans who well remember his leadership in several promotion seasons out of the regional leagues. His current club lie bottom of the league table and present Doncaster with the opportunity to make it five home wins in a row before tackling the toughest phase of the season after Xmas when they play the top six clubs in a row, culminating in the much anticipated visit of Harlequins to CastlePark on 12th February.
Pieter Muller starts with the fifteen who began against Pertemps Bees. Rob Liley’s ankle has recovered from being jarred that day. The only changes to the squad see Oliver Cook replace Ed Norris on the bench, where John Cannon returns after injury at Rotherham in November. The team is:
