New 2nd XV Coach Appointed
Eugene Martin has been appointed as full time 2nd XV Coach with the added responsibility of developing an Academy structure within the Club that will identify and develop young players in the area.
Eugene has been the player coach of the highly successful Sheffield Tigers club for the past 3 years when they won three successive promotions and Powergen Junior Vase. Before that he was professional player coach at West of Scotland RUFC in Glasgow. He has been UK resident for the last seven years after moving here from his native New Zealand where he was capped by the Maori All Blacks, and played club rugby for Waikato and North Harbour.
He will be supported by Tom Martin (no relation!) as 2nd XV Manager.
