Summary of meeting held at Castle Park 28th June 2006
Doncaster Phoenix Player Aspirations:
1) Achieve Promotion from Yorkshire 3 to Yorkshire 2
2) Aim to progress out of Northern Rounds of Powergen Vase , ideally target final at Twickenham
3) 2nd XV to win their respective merit league
1st XV Captain: Mark Longworth
1st XV Vice Captain: Adam Burton
Tour Organiser: Neil Douglas
Subscriptions: Dave Townend currently looking at enhanced subscription package for forthcoming season with a view to achieving 100% membership and stricter enforcement of payment.
Match Subscriptions: All match subs to be paid to respective Captain on arrival on match day to avoid unnecessary administration after game.
Fines: Fines to continue and to contribute to tour fund, Chris Conway will re-publish fines regime in due course.
Training: Main training night still to remain as Wednesday, as the season progresses Monday nights will re-commence but remain optional and over summer Saturday sessions will be announced nearer the time. Training is a substantial consideration towards team selection!
