1875 Rules Game success!

The club would like to extend a massive thank you to everyone who played a part in our ‘1875 Rules’ game, which was part of our 150th anniversary celebrations. 

38 players took to the field and played 30 minutes of very quick rugby in line with the laws of 1875. It was a brilliant and entertaining showcase of how the game has developed, providing us with plenty of laughs & cheers.

The team was made up of Doncasterphoenix & friends, thank you for playing a part in our history and making this possible.

And an extra special thank you goes to Paul Curzon who put so much time and effort into gathering the teams and organising this game.
