Commercial Manager – Doncaster Knights Rugby Club

Salary: Up to £40k per annum (DOE)
Location: Castle Park, Doncaster

Doncaster Knights are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Manager to help drive the next phase of the club’s growth. Based at Castle Park, one of the best rugby facilities in the country, the successful candidate will lead on partnerships and sponsorships, hospitality, ticketing strategy, and retail operations.

As Yorkshire’s only professional rugby union side, Doncaster Knights compete in the RFU second tier, Champ Rugby and have strong ambitions both on and off the field. With a proud history, loyal supporter base, and first-class facilities, the club is firmly focused on building for a successful future.

The role will involve:

Managing and growing commercial partnerships and sponsorships.
Developing and delivering innovative hospitality and ticketing strategies.
Overseeing retail operations across both matchday and online.
Driving revenue growth through creative campaigns and strong stakeholder relationships.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in sport, events, or a related commercial field, with strong business development skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
