Richmond Rugby

Founded in 1861, Richmond is one of the oldest rugby clubs in the world. They took part in the first inter-club fixture against Blackheath, were founding members of the RFU, hosted the first ever floodlit game, played the first All Black Touring side, played in the first ever game at Twickenham and were among one of the first clubs to go professional in 1996.
