There is four main ways that we reach out to the Community.
1 Starting at home
Having full access to Castle Park, as previously stated a multi-million-pound, state-of-the-art facility including our brand-new 3G all-weather pitch. We intend to use this facility to its maximum capability running new classes for the community aiming to be inclusive as possible with activities such as X-rugby, Walking rugby, Fitness classes-Circuit training, 02 Touch Rugby, Football and many more...For further information please call 01302 831388 or 07403189280.
2 Funding Bids and Partnerships
Doncaster Knights have run & been involved with numerous schemes and successful bids which have all worked towards a more active and healthy community. Working together with such partners as the RFU, the NHS, Doncaster Rovers (now Club Doncaster) Doncaster Council, DCLT, small local charities including Parish Councils, Local sports clubs including: Rugby, Hockey, Cricket, Cycling, Walking, etc.
All of the above partnerships have been exciting to be part of, with several different approaches, from ‘knocking on doors’ to enquire about lifestyles, to free health checks on match days, or delivering sports & fitness sessions out in the community.
If you have a scheme you would like us to get involved with please contact us on 07403189280 or email -email@example.com
3 Mini Junior Rugby
It is true to say that Rugby really does change lives, it’s the volunteers and parents that make The Mini Juniors the great success that it is. This inclusive club really does offer rugby for all, it doesn’t matter if your a girl or a boy, from 3 years old to aged under 18.
Please see our mini junior page for more details- click on the link or email Nicola Davies- firstname.lastname@example.org
