Only guide dogs are allowed onsite.

Unfortunately, no food or drink is permitted into the concert site, with the exception of baby food and sealed water bottles. However, there will be a large variety of street food traders & bars onsite to suit all food and drink preferences. 

Usually tickets are available on the day for purchase at the Ticket Window outside the Concert entrance, however, a sell-out is expected this year so we do not expect there to be availability and recommend advance purchase.

Concert at the Castle is not a camping event. There are many hotels nearby, Click here to find out more.

You may leave the site and return as you wish. You will need to make sure have been stamped on the way out to regain entry (security search will apply upon each entry). Last entry to the concert is 9pm.

All tickets are automatically transferred to the new rescheduled date, however, if this date is not suitable you can request a refund.

Castle Park has accessible toilets and we offer a free carers ticket to anyone who is in receipt of PIP (proof needed). Castle Park is wheelchair friendly, with central and side concrete paths. All children under 16 must attend the concert with an adult and should be under supervision at all times. Under 4’s tickets can be booked free of charge online. 

For the safety of all guests and staff, a thorough bag check will take place upon each entry. Any alcohol found upon the search process will be disposed of. 

Concert gates open at 11:30am and music begins at 1:00pm – 11:00pm.

There is limited car parking on-site at Castle Park, it is recommended to get here early to secure a spot on-site. We also have access to Danum Outwood School which is 750 Yards away from the Castle Park entrance. We will also have a limited number of disabled car parking bays available. Parking is £5 on a first come first served basis.
