Disabled Supporters Guide

When visiting Castle Park, we want you to have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible.

That is why we have support structures in place on a matchday to ensure everyone can enjoy the Knights game.

Wheelchair users:

We pride ourselves on having excellent wheelchair facilities with good, unrestricted views of the pitch and toilet access which allows plenty of manoeuvring.

In the De Mulder & Lloyd Stand, access is through the ground floor, Use the lift to take you to level 1 with seating available on our spacious balcony of the Clubhouse Suite.

Sensory issues:

At the Knights, we understand the matchday experience can become overwhelming with the volume of people, noise and general atmosphere. That is why we have a quiet room on hand that can be accessed at any point during the match.

To access the quiet room, please contact the nearest steward who will be able to escort you. Once there, you are welcome to spend as long as you need until you feel comfortable returning to your seat.

Disabled ticket information:

Tickets for disabled fans are offered to supporters in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) – higher level or enhanced PIP. The club may consider and grant concessions to supporters not in receipt of DLA (the club reserves the right to grant/refuse such requests at its discretion). Doncaster Knights Rugby Club recognises the importance of some disabled supporters requiring an essential carer to accompany them on matchdays, and the club will grant admission free of charge to such carers. A free essential carer ticket can ONLY be used in conjunction with the relevant disabled supporter.

Disabled parking information:

We have ample disabled bay parking at Castle Park near the main clubhouse. There will be limited availability on a matchday. To enquire about booking a space, please phone reception ahead of matchday on (01302) 831 388.

What to expect:

We are continuing to strengthen our support for disabled supporters with more additional support being launched over the course of the 2023/24 season.
