Job Vacancy – Bar and Hospitality staff

Doncaster Knights are looking for bar and hospitality staff with previous experience. 

Hours

• Flexible
• Varied based on events
• Weekends/evenings and some weekdays
• Match days

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Plan and present bar
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements and skills

• Have experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge the different types of drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
• Previous experience using tills
