Glen took on the role of Head Coach of the Knights in 2012, after finishing his playing career at the club.
Since then, he has helped the club to a National League One title in the 2013/14 season and the Championship play-off final a couple of years later.
As a player, the New Zealand-born forward was capped at U21 level for his country and spent time with Otago, before moving to England and joining Rotherham Titans in the Premiership. Kendo was also the first Knight to reach 200 appearances in a Doncaster shirt, a commenatable feat.
In the summer of 2019, 'Kendo' was named the Director of Rugby Development and became responsible for looking after the pathway from junior to senior rugby at the club.
