Wian Conradie joined the Knights in November, making his debut against Ealing Trailfinders on November 16th 2019.
The flanker represented Namibia at the World Cup, making two appearances for the national side in their games against South Africa and Italy.
The 25-year-old has also been playing for University of Johannesburg, where he has played since 2015.
Conradie was happy to have made the jump aboard and spoke of the influence former Knight and fellow Namibian Lesley Klim had on his decision to sign.
“I’m delighted to have signed with Doncaster Knights for the 2019/20 season and really can’t wait to get started.
Having just recently completed my University Studies and World Cup campaign with Namibia my goal was always to play Professional Rugby at the highest level possible immediately afterwards. Phil Davies (The Namibian Head Coach) and my International teammate, Lesley Klim spoke very highly of the club, the set up and Clive himself which made the decision a little easier.”
