Biography

Head Analyst Matt Harland graduated from Loughborough in 2018 with a (BSc) in Sports and Exercise Science – he now heads up the Performance Analysis team at Castle Park and is responsible for delivering feedback to coaches and players throughout the Knights set-up.

Matt arrived at Castle Park in October 2021 having previously worked as Head of Performance Analysis at Coventry, Rotherham Titans and Birmingham Moseley. In his time at Coventry, Matt set up and developed the analysis department at the club and was a part of their top 4 finish in 2020, 2 years after promotion.

Matt has also previously worked at University of Central Lancashire as part of the ECB and RFU concussion testing protocol.
