Vacancies in Castle Park Kitchen Team

Castle Park and Doncaster Knights have a couple of vacancies in our kitchen team staff. Please see below for a breakdown of roles and further information on how to apply.

Kitchen Porters (full and part time)

Requirements are:

• Carry out basic cleaning tasks, as fast as possible
• Upload food from deliveries
• Make sure work surfaces, floor and walls are always clean and sanitised
• Collect and wash-up pots and pans
• Have strong organisational skills
• Have the ability to adhere to health and safety roles

 

Chef (full time)

To work as part of the Doncaster Knights catering team, candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.

Requirements are:

• Prepare high quality dishes
• Able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff, to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
• Be familiar with sanitation regulations
• Have proven work experience as a chef or cook
• Have the ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Have excellent time management skills

 

Casual Matchday Chefs

Individuals applying for these positions need to be experienced casual chefs who can work when needed (this will include some evenings and weekends).
