Castle Park Notice to all Customers

NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS:

Due to the current COVID 19 outbreak across the world and recent Government Guidelines regarding public safety we have had large scale cancellations of events here at Castle Park for the next 2 weeks.

You may also be aware that the RFU have suspended all Rugby activity until at least 14th April 2020, which means there are no players or playing personnel on site either. For this reason we have taken the decision to close the site on days in which we have no events booked, for the safety of our staff and customers.

However, we are by no means closed for business and all of our staff members can still be contacted off site on company mobiles and email addresses. We are not actively enforcing closures on any private functions booked with us at present, and indeed some hosts have chosen to proceed with their events in the coming weeks, in which case we will be opening the site up for business as usual.

Every necessary procedure is in place to protect both our staff and customers during this difficult time and we will continue to provide the very best service possible to our community. If you are at all worried about an event you have booked with us or would like to check availability for a future booking please get in touch with our events team on 01302 831388 or email events@castle-park.co.uk.

Commenting on the launch, Commercial Manager Michael Casey said. “I am very excited to put the 2019/20 season ticket and price structure live.

“One of the big focuses for us at Castle Park is family entertainment and we believe that by implementing free tickets for U16s across the stadium, alongside wholesale price reductions, that watching the Knights becomes an accessible activity for a wider audience and will encourage more families to join us next season.

Including a DNA Card as part of the season ticket is another initiative that I am very pleased with, offering further value to our season ticket with the wide range of discounts and savings available through the scheme and strengthens the partnership with our friends at Doncaster Rovers.

I am optimistic that we will see a strong uptake ahead of what promises to be a very exciting 2019/20 season at Castle Park.”

Under 16s are now free in all areas of the stadium with a paying adult, as a result there will no longer be a family season ticket available.

Supporters have until May 31st to reserve their seat otherwise it is release for general sale.

To purchase your 2019/20 season ticket simply call 01302 831388 during office hours or email reception@castle-park.co.uk.
